End of Year Shamanic Retreat
The Wheel of Time

The purpose of this shamanic retreat is to create a sacred space of recharging and nourishment through the natural elements that one of the most pristine places on earth offers.
We will spend the passage between 2025 and 2026 together with shamanic rituals according to the typical traditions of Central America. Each excursion to the islands and the jungle is accompanied by internal moments of connection with the spirits and elements of the place.
We will use the shamanic journey and the connection with your spiritual allies such as the Power Animal, the Spiritual Teacher and some shamanic divination practices to find your life path through The Wheel of Time.
Entering the Wheel of Time between 2025 and 2026, marked by the Great Mother, the following considerations can be made:
- Did we feel nurtured and loved this year?
- Have we loved enough in our lives so far?
- What love do you want to bring into your life in 2026?
- What is Mother Earth dreaming for you, why did she create you, and what new Wheel of Time is she offering you?
During this time , according to shamans of many traditions, there is a strong energy of change and renewal that must be managed and addressed.
The 'cleaning' of the episodes and experiences of the old year gives the sense of Cyclicity, of the Wheel of Time that flows, and is necessary to release new dreams and new energies of renewal.
- We will perform powerful shamanic rituals of cleansing, releasing and liberating what no longer belongs to us: the past.
- We will use the Breath as a means to lighten our soul and open ourselves to the openings that the Wheel of Time offers us.
- We will travel in the cyclical nature of Time to face 2026 with awareness and Power, and we will meet the Spirits of Mother Earth to guide our New Dreams.
- We will work with Spiritual Teachers and Animal Guides
- We will enter the shamanic state of consciousness with the sound of the drum and we will call upon the compassionate Spirits of Nature and Place.
- We will do Magical Passes of the series and the practice of RECAPITULATION according to the teachings of Carlos Castaneda
The environment where we spend our days will naturally bring joy, serenity , relaxation and recharging, to open up in harmony with the New Year.

Departure December 29, arrival Panama 29, Accommodation in Panama City for one night
December 30, 2025, Arrival at the Bocas del Toro archipelago in the late morning, accommodation, relaxation, beach and… maybe the first encounter with sloths…
December 31, 2026 Recapitulation according to the tradition of Carlos Castaneda to release the old year and dreaming the new, with a nocturnal shamanic rite of passage between 2025 and 2026.
January 1, 2026 Visit to the uninhabited island of Zapatilla, with pristine beaches and trails ... many marine species (dolphins, marine rays, turtles, etc.) and with mangrove trees
In the evening: Prayer Tree Ceremony
January 2, 2026 Visit Cocoa plantation company and many other crops in the morning, where you can find free animals such as white-faced capuchin monkeys, sloths, armadillos, red frog etc.
January 3-4, 2026 Shamanic Journey and work with Power Animals and Spiritual Teachers in the Lower and Upper worlds. Encounters in the middle world with the Elements: ocean, beach, jungle.
January 4, 2026 afternoon Cocoa Ceremony 5 pm
January 5, 2026 departure from the island and arrival in Panama city in the morning. Departure to back home or continuation to Guatemala City for the Mayan Spiritual Journey the same day

Costs
Accommodation in Bocas del Toro
Cost: 45 Euro per room per night, 6 nights 270 Euro, if the room is occupied by 2 people the cost is halved.
Meals
For breakfast and lunch , everyone can organize themselves by shopping, perhaps with sandwiches, salads or other easy-to-prepare food. For dinner , however, you can go out.
The average cost of food per day is around 30-35 Euros, depending on your habits and tastes.
Total Costs
- Accommodation approximately 160 Euros, in a double room, depending on the accommodation, six nights in bungalows in Bocas del Toro and one night in a hotel in Panama City.
- Meals around 250 Euro
- Excursions 80 Euro
- Transportation from Panama City to Bocas del Toro with local airline 220 Euro (current cost at the beginning of July)
- Course participation fee 500 Euro, this cost is included in the total cost
Total Cost 1250 Euro indicative per person in a double room, including all the shamanic events, meals, internal flight, excursions .
For single accommodation, if available, approximately 135 Euros must be added, depending on the accommodation.
Flight: excluded from the count from Italy to Panama City, the important thing is to arrive in Panama City by December 29th
